Karine Nabbout, PhD, M. Ed.
Dr. Karine Nabbout is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and CEO of a well-established Primary Care practice in Massachusetts.
For the last 21 years she has the pleasure of balancing both an outstanding clinical practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for Global Care Medical Group , a Primary Care practice in Massachusetts. She oversees all clinical, financial, and operational aspects of her practice, leading a team of 45 professionals
consists of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, office management, clinical support staff, medical billing and collections personnel.
She leads her practice with the support of her colleagues by creating an environment where the patients is the first focus, followed by prioritizing respect and trust amongst all the staff second. She has created an engaged in a team care model by balancing the work, creating clear job duties and she has developed tiered systems of responsibilities and leadership pathways within the practice to continue career advancement. She has attracted a large patient base and to meet the patient demand, she continued with her amazing team to grow which will soon include a third office.
The practice prioritizes patient care and respect among staff, fostering a team care model. Dr. Nabbout has experience in various settings, including substance abuse, detoxification units, counseling, and managing behavioral disorders. Her diverse experience has strengthened her understanding of human behavior and honed her leadership skills.
Throughout her career, Dr. Nabbout has sought innovative solutions to healthcare challenges, and she succeeded in having her Patent Award in July 2018, registered at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (uspto), Washington DC: Patent No. USD822343S1. The patent is an open- front patients gown that created a more comfortable and dignified patient dressing gown which she founded was routinely causing her patients distress and embarrassment. This successful patent is still in use today in multiple hospitals and medical facilities in the United States of America .
She was also featured in Forbes Magazine as an Innovative Leader during the Covid 19 pandemic for never shutting down our office and continuing patient care by adopting and implementing safe models of care both onsite and virtually.
She has been interviewed by Star Jones, and has received multiple awards for her achievements.
Dr. Nabbout is a member of the American Counseling Association and an active Board Member of the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center for Empowering, Engaging, & Ending Domestic Violence. In addition to her clinical practice, Nabbout is a UNICEF member and volunteer for treating diverse backgrounds, she holds several professional certifications in integrative, cognitive-behavioral.

Stephen J Brighton
Stephen J Brighton has extensive senior management experience in medical administration as well as extensive and successful sales experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Brighton is well known in the healthcare industry for the family-owned Medical Healthcare Solutions corporation. Presently, as Vice President of MHS, Mr. Brighton is overseeing the total healthcare operation, business aspects of the organization and consulting with his clients on medical administration, leadership, and reimbursement procedures.

Frances Lannan
After pivoting from a clinical lab background, Fran recognized early on in her career in Physician Practice Administration and Physician Recruitment that Primary Care with coordinated Specialty Care are the core of patient health and wellness. Quality, satisfaction, accessibility and value are equally important to patients and providers. Provider wellness, via clinical and administrative support and work life balance, is essential.

Burl Stamp, FACHE
Burl Stamp, FACHE, is the President/Founder of Stamp & Chase, a St. Louis-based management consulting firm that partners with health care providers to improve performance by focusing on the engagement and development of an organization’s people. With broad-based experience working alongside health care professionals from the boardroom to the bedside, he has helped major health systems, academic medical centers, multi-specialty physician groups, and community hospitals improve staff retention, operating performance, patient experience, and staff engagement.
Prior to launching Stamp & Chase, Burl served several leading health care organizations in executive roles. As president/CEO of Phoenix Children’s Hospital, he spearheaded development of the first comprehensive, freestanding health care campus in Arizona dedicated to pediatrics. He developed the first strategic planning and marketing department at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and led pediatric service line development for BJC Healthcare/Washington University Medical Center.
Burl is the author of The Healing Art of Communication, a health care professional’s guide to improving communication, and a faculty member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has served on the Boards of Directors of SoutheastHEALTH, a regional system serving southeast Missouri and southern Illinois, and the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development of the American Hospital Association. He is a frequent speaker on communication, leadership, organizational culture, and business development strategy in health care organizations.

Joan Hatem-Roy
Joan Hatem-Roy has over 35 years of experience in the aging network with an emphasis on mental health and is a national leader of elder care. Much of her work as CEO of AgeSpan, a Massachusetts Aging Services Access Points (ASAP) and Area Agencies on Aging has focused on building an infrastructure that addresses the “social determinants of health” bringing health care providers together with the aging network for health care reform. Joan facilitated the development of the Massachusetts Healthy Living Center of Excellence, a statewide collaborative of community based organizations, health care providers, health plans, governmental agencies and academic centers implementing evidence based wellness programs that improve and empower individuals to take charge of their health. Her passion is helping people in northeast Massachusetts maintain their highest levels of independence, health, and safety as they age. Joan was the 2021 recipient of the National Excellence in Leadership Award as recognized by USAging for demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities at the local, state and national level in advancing the mission of the Older Americans Act and preparing communities for a rapidly aging population. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with certifications in Alcohol and Substance Abuse and Gerontology.

Dr. Lara WAKIM
Lara Hanna-Wakim is the Director of the Continuing Learning Center of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon. She was the Vice-Director for the Higher Center for Research of USEK from 2019-2021. Prior to that, she served as Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at USEK from 2013-2019.
She is the first scientist to be elected as Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology. She represented the MENA Region as a regular member at the Governing Council of the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) from 2014-2018, and currently serving at the IUFoST Taskforce on Food Systems and COVID-19 since 2019. She is acting as Co-Chair of the IUFoST Working Group on Food and Nutrition Security, and serving as a member of the IUFoST Codex Committee.
As a seasoned professional whose contribution to Learning and Leadership Development spans nearly 15 years, Prof. Hanna-Wakim is serving as Senior International Officer (SIO) at the Academy of Leaders in International Higher Education (AIEA), Duke University, North Carolina, USA. She is currently acting as the Executive Consultant of STOCHOS, Sydney, Australia, and as Member in the International Advisory Council at “Human Health Education and Research Foundation (HHERF), UK.
She is currently serving as National Coordinator of the “Faith for Earth Initiative” at the United Nations for Environment Program (UNEP), and as a Member of the Patriarchal Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development, Lebanese Maronite Catholic Patriarchate of Antioch.
Prof. Hanna-Wakim’s passion for serving communities can be traced back to 2008, where she spent significant time working as Strategy Food Safety Consultant at the Emirates Institute for Health and Safety, Abu Dhabi-UAE. She has served as well as Focal Point of the Arab States Green University Network at UNEP, and National Food Safety Expert at UNIDO.
Prof. Hanna-Wakim has acted as Vice-President of the Global Confederation of Higher Education Associations in Agriculture and Life Sciences (GCHERA), USA, in 2015. She is Member of the National Advisory Board related to the WaterMedYin Project. Prof. Hanna-Wakim is currently the National Contact Point (NCP) for “Climate action, resource efficiency and raw materials” for the EU Commission within Horizon 2020 Framework Programs.
Prof. Hanna-Wakim is a prolific scholar who has authored over 30 articles, 7 book chapters, 1 book in the most selective indexed journals and publishers. She has an extensive record of 80 participations in international conferences as keynote speaker, and has served as well on the editorial boards of many leading academic journals in Sustainable Food Engineering Systems and Global Food Security.
Prof. Hanna-Wakim has been honored, at the Lebanese Parliament, as Women Leader in Lebanese Universities and Research Pioneers, by the National Initiative for the Centennial of Greater Lebanon. She has been honored as well by the Lebanese Minister of Agriculture to acknowledge her major accomplishments and outstanding leadership and performance, and for obtaining the American accreditation ABET for the Diploma of Agricultural Engineering at the faculty, the first in the MENA region.
Prof. Hanna-Wakim holds a PhD in Food Process Engineering from AgroParis Tech (Paris, France), an MS in Food Quality Assurance and Management from INAP-G (Paris, France), an Agricultural Engineering Diploma from USEK (Lebanon), an MS in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from Norwich University (USA), a Senior International Officer (SIO) Diploma from Duke University, North Carolina, (USA), and an MA/PG Diploma in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from University of Chester (UK).

Cody DePuy
Cody DePuy brings with him a higher education degree in Business Administration Healthcare Practices; as well as a wealth of experience in this field. Mr. DePuy has a strong working knowledge of professional healthcare specialists, streamlining work processes, identifying trends, and implementing program solutions. Mr. DePuy’s prior experiences involve head of Healthcare Informatics, giving him vast experience and knowledge in healthcare metrics and reporting. Presently, Mr. DePuy is the Director of Business Operations for a well-known healthcare practice management and billing corporation in Massachusetts.
